Senior Project Manager

Helio brings deep field experience to every Eco•Urban project, overseeing scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and on-site execution. His hands-on approach ensures projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Interior Design Consultant

Miriam leads the interior design vision at Eco•Urban, translating client aspirations into cohesive, functional spaces. Her eye for detail and material selection elevates every project from the inside out.

Architectural Designer

Chet Seto is a retired U.S. Navy Captain (O-6), Naval Aviator, entrepreneur, and environmental and energy innovation executive with more than 30 years of military leadership and over 25 years of federal contracting experience. As Founder and Managing Director of CJSeto Support Services LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, Chet brings extensive expertise in environmental safety, engineering, logistics, technology, and energy efficiency. A graduate of the United States Naval Academy, Chet continues to champion sustainable technologies, veteran entrepreneurship, mentorship, and innovative energy-saving solutions.
